Our Office Assistant position will be the first point of contact for our clients who call FMM and our ideal candidate will possess the following:
excellent customer service skills friendly and outgoing personality high-caliber verbal and written communication skills ability to work in high pressure, fast-paced environment multitasking with a positive attitude The Office Assistant will perform the following tasks:
answer incoming calls with a friendly and professional attitude route calls to the appropriate department take detailed phone messages when needed provide superior customer service to guests as they enter the FMM building receive packages and mail, disperse throughout the company light data entry when needed assist collections department with their collections process any tasks assigned by Service Department Manager maintain office supplies inventory and ordering assist with scheduling main conference rooms assist with company-wide vehicle scheduling participation in on-call rotation FMM values their employees at every level and the following outlines the benefits available for the Office Assistant:
