Casino Manager General Summary of Job Duties Responsible for contributing to the efficient operation of the Casino by making sure company policies and procedures are followed and by ensuring that the shift contributes to the increase in profitability of the Casino.
Serves customer needs and wants at all times in a professional, courteous manner, which results in a satisfied, repeat customer.
Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties Workplace Safety Outstanding Customer Service Cleanliness, Housekeeping Safeguarding Cash and Stock Accurate Shift Reports Give all customers prompt and courteous service.
Greet each customer with an appropriate company greeting such as, Welcome to Cash Magic.
Record all sales promptly and accurately, as per company standards.
Maintain daily a clean, attractive casino, inside and out, throughout all weather conditions by completing all shift duties as stated.
Properly receive all merchandise and complete all invoices, pertaining to said merchandise in a manner to maximize inventory control.
Brew coffee daily and replenish fountain drink machine.
Reduce theft loss and shrinkage by following company policies and procedures and by practicing honesty in the workplace.
Follow all company policies regarding the sale of alcohol and tobacco products.
Responsible for timely and accurate promotions conducted in the casino.

Clock in and out accurately on a daily basis as stated in the company handbook.
Lift, pull, push and/or move up to 50 pounds in stocking and merchandising of the store, standing up to a full eight (8) hour shift, necessary standing, stooping, climbing, and bending to stock merchandise.
Follow and enforce all company standards, policies, and guidelines.
Complete all other casino tasks and activities as assigned by the Casino Supervisor in a prompt, cooperative and accurate manner.
Regular and Predictable Attendance is an essential function of your job.
