Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow - Manage inventory and stock levels, including ordering and restocking as needed - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions - Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and record keeping - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Assist in training and supervising staff members
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role or in a retail environment is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities - Proficiency in basic math for inventory management and cash handling Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualifications.
