Job Description:
We are seeking a Property Manager at our facility in Denham Springs, LA, to join our team.
If you are self-motivated, reliable, and have a sales/ customer service background we would like to hear from you.
Must be able to work Monday - Saturdays.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist customers in day-to-day operations.
Responsible for following up on all rental leads, addressing all questions, promoting the property's features and benefits to convert leads to rentals Completes all documents, including leases and reports, per the company's policy Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of customer payments.
Clean and maintain units and property.
Other duties as deemed necessary Qualifications and Requirements The rental management software experience is preferred but not required Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Punctual and dependable Professional phone and customer service skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Able to meet deadlines and learn from constructive development Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and auto insurance Employment contingent upon review of a background screening, including criminal.
We do offer a monthly bonus program in addition to hourly wages.
