First Assistant Manager

- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the store - Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns - Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure availability of products - Assist with merchandising and maintaining store displays - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record keeping - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Train and supervise staff members Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage store operations - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and inventory management - Good phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities Note:
