General duties and
Responsibilities:
Greet and interact with all customers to determine their individual needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions Perform open/close procedures Keep sales floor clean, stocked, and maintain display of merchandise Perform sales and loan transactions Effectively communicate to customers the legal aspects of the pawn and buy transactions Minimum
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (Preferred but not required) Minimum 18 years of age Must be Computer literate Cash handling experience 1 year customer service experience or retail (Preferred but not required) Computer literate Outgoing and energetic personality Ability to multi-task Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds Continuous standing required Frequent walking, reaching, bending Occasional climbing of ladder Benefit Conditions:
Waiting period may apply Only full-time employees eligible Work Includes Saturdays 8am-1pm Paid Training:
