Casual work attire Relaxed atmosphere Duties - Greet clients in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person - File and organize documents, both physical and electronic - Assist with client inquiries, providing timely and accurate information Experience - Previous experience as a receptionist preferred - Knowledge of bookkeeping/income tax procedures is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners - Familiarity with basic computer programs (e.

, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, QB) - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Hours will be full time Jan - May.
You must be able to work Saturdays in Fed, March & April.
June - Dec will be part time.
Perks are office location and the flexability to take time off June - Dec.
We will be scheduling interviews for the week after Thanksgiving.
