Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience - Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct them to the appropriate staff member - Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and payment processing - Maintain patient records and update information in dental office systems (such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft) - Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and organizing patient files - Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow up on treatment plans - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality Skills:
