- Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, filing, and data entry.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and patients.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Coordinate and assist with event planning and organization.
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns.
- Assist with order entry and inventory management.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office clerk or receptionist is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) , similar software and Social Media Saavy - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Locs is a plus.
