Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items - Proofread documents for accuracy and grammar - Handle office tasks such as filing, organizing, and ordering supplies - Utilize software programs - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person - Assist with event planning and coordination - Assist with personal errands, home life for CEO
Qualifications:
