We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Bridal Consultant to join our team.
As a Bridal Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting brides-to-be in finding their dream wedding gown and ensuring an exceptional, personable shopping experience.
If you have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a love for all things bridal, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized and attentive service to brides and their entourage throughout the entire shopping process - Assist brides in selecting and trying on wedding gowns and accessories - Offer expert advice on fit, style, and alterations - Coordinate and schedule bridal appointments - Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom and powder room - Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including properly measuring brides and selecting the correct size - Learn our inventory, designers policies, price points, etc.
to best assist your brides - Stay up-to-date on current bridal trends and product knowledge - connect with brides via phone call, text, or email before and after their appointment to build a relationship - dress mannequins - Social media content and posting
Experience:
