Summary:
Global Monitoring Solutions offers security and fire alarm monitoring, video surveillance, and other services.
The Central Station handles over 300 calls per day and works closely with medical professionals, law enforcement agencies and fire departments.
The position will require candidate to process emergency and non-emergency calls.
Successful candidates will be required to work 4,8, 10 or 12 hours shifts and every other weekend including holidays.
Responsibilities:
Candidates will process all alarms including emergency and non-emergency, answer multiple lines and document key information.
You must provide excellent customer service and coordinate after hours response information.
Data entry will also be required for this position.

Qualifications:
One year experience in alarm industry Applicant must hold a high school diploma or GED and have reliable transportation.

License or Certification:
Level 1 or 2 CSAA certified is a plus but not required.
GMS will assist and train all candidates within the first three months of employment to obtain their certifications.
